The Norwegian 2. Division (often referred to as PostNord-ligaen for sponsorship reasons) is the third highest level of football in Norway. It has 28 teams divided into two divisions each with 14 sides. At the end of the season the team topping the league table, after 26 fixtures, is promoted while the bottom three are relegated.
