This should be an interesting game with lots of spark and energy as both teams are well rested since they last saw competitive action. Game on!

These teams have little in common geographically as KÍ have to travel 2600 kilometers to reach their opponents. The trip home will be especially long if the match ends in defeat.

Young Boys have been outstanding at home so far in the Super League with 16 wins, 2 draws and only 0 losses. In general it's been a long time since Young Boys tasted defeat here at Stadion Neufeld, as they have taken at least one point from their last 30 home games in the league. The team is able to perform also as the away side, as they are nurturing a very healthy winning streak of six straight victories regardless of arena.

In the preceding match a 2-1 victory visiting Luzern (after extra-time).

The competition begins already in late June and lasts for almost a year, ending with the final played in late May or early June. After several qualifying rounds the group stage is where the “true” Champions League begins for many viewers. Eight groups with four teams each battle through six rounds to qualify for the knock-out phase. Then a round of 16, quarterfinals and then semifinals needs to be won before a place in the final is secured.
