Veles look forward to facing Akron with hopes of taking all three points. Can they? Read our match preview!

Insights:
  • Veles have not yet lost a game at home.
  • Akron have yet to win a game away.

Not much time to rest for the hosts, as they performed in a Russian Cup fixture only four days ago. At least it's nice to return home after that away game at Dinamo Bryansk.

Veles form and stats

Seven points from three FNL home games is a great start for Veles, who are hoping to build on that form here at Stadion Avangard.

It's back home for Veles, who return with a good feeling about themselves after beating Dinamo Bryansk away with the result 3-0. N. Tarasov, A. Smith and A. Galoyan found the net in that victory.

In the match before that, Veles hosted Spartak Vladikavkaz and drew the FNL game 2-2.

The Veles fans would probably like to see some more goals scored at their own stadium in the league, the tally being 4 in 3 matches. From these home matches, Veles have conceded only 2 goals.

Akron form and stats

The story so far for the visiting team on their FNL travels is 0 wins, 1 draw and 3 defeats. It's a growing despair in Akron as they have recorded three consecutive losses.

Akron are travelling again after losing away to Orenburg in their previous match (0-1).

A 1-2 defeat away at Tom' Tomsk before that.

The visitors have scored 3 goals from 4 away games in the league, an average of less than one per game. Akron struggle to build an impenetrable defensive wall in away matches with a total of 6 goals conceded from these games.

Head 2 Head

As for the last two games between these two teams, there's one Veles victory, one draw and zero Akron wins. Over/under statistics; zero of these games ended with three goals or more, two matches with two goals or less.
