Competition: Sun 04.October
Match begins: 11:00 (UTC)

An important duel in the bottom section of the FNL, with both Akron and Chertanovo experiencing more worry than joy. This match is a classic "six-pointer" with the home team placed 18th and the visitors in 20th place.

The visiting Chertanovo played their last game only three days ago, a Russian Cup match. That game, against Leningradets, was also an away game. It's a tiring schedule for Chertanovo.

Akron form and stats

Overall FNL stats at home this season for Akron are 3-0-2 (wins-draw-losses).

The fans are hoping that Akron will strike back in this match, putting things right after the 0-3 away loss in the FNL game against Olimpiyets (placed 3rd).

This is expected to be a close game, with Akron perhaps considered small favourites due to their home advantage. Looking back at earlier matches similar to this one (expected to be close with Akron as a small favourite), we find three games. Akron has won two of these, drawn zero and lost one.

Akron are certainly not overdoing their scoring at home in league matches, having created 6 goals in 5 games. Akron have only conceded 4 from their league home games. For more goal stats, check the Statistics tab above.
