Seoul form and stats

Seoul's struggle is real here at Seoul World Cup Stadium with only 12 points collected from 12 K-League 1 games. The win-draw-lost numbers are ugly: 3-3-6.

The spoils were shared in Seoul's previous game, also at home. Visiting Pohang Steelers (placed 3rd) travelled back with a draw after a 2-2 scoreline. The attacker Sang-Ho Na was "man of the match" for Seoul with a rating of 7.45/10. Na scored one goal, hit one key pass, dribled passed the opponent 2 of 4 times and had 20 successful passes (of 22 total). The hometeam coach J. Park made a successful contribution in the game against Pohang Steelers, bringing on Gabriel Barbosa who scored the equalizer in the 2-2 draw. A painful moment in the game against Pohang Steelers was the missed penalty kick from Aleksandar Paločević in the 90th minute. A goal there would obviously have changed the match and probably the outcome.

Ahead of that match, Seoul lost 0-1 at home to Jeju United.

The manager J. Park will start preparations for the next game as soon this is finished, as the hosts are going to Jeju United in only four days.

Seoul aren't scoring a lot here at Seoul World Cup Stadium in the league, with only 11 goals from 12 games. Seoul's goalkeeper has had to pick the ball out of their own net 14 times. For more goal stats, check the Statistics tab above.
