Žalgiris host the first leg in this deciding Champions League 2nd Qualifying Round game. Galatasaray will try their very best to bring a solid result back to Türk Telekom Stadyumu before the return leg in 11 days.

It's quite the trip for Galatasaray when visiting Žalgiris as the cities are 2600 kilometers apart.

These are hectic days for the home side, as they had a match only four days ago in the A Lyga. Thankfully the previous game, versus Suduva, was also a home game here at Vilniaus LFF stadionas. The away team is better rested.

Then a round of 16, quarterfinals and then semifinals needs to be won before a place in the final is secured.
