Sporting Braga form and stats

2 victories, 1 draw and 1 defeat. That’s what Sporting Braga have to build on here at Estádio Municipal de Braga in the Liga Portugal.

Braga are returning here after guesting Rebordosa in a Taça De Portugal match and winning with a 2-0 scoreline.

Previous to that game, a Liga Portugal home match hosting Rio Ave in a game that was won 2-1.

There's a new game coming up fairly quickly for Sporting Braga as they are travelling to their away game against Gil Vicente in the Liga Portugal. That match is four days after this one.

Sporting Braga's goalkeeper has had to pick the ball out of their own net 5 times. For more goal stats, check the Statistics tab above.

Real Madrid form and stats

Real Madrid have an excellent away record in the La Liga so far with 4-1-1 from 6 games.

It's another away game for the visitors, as they travelled to Sevilla in their previous outing. The match ended in a draw 1-1. Arrizabalaga had red hot gloves after the game against Sevilla, shaping the outcome of the game with six saves made. Carvajal was the top performer of the team in that game with a match score of 8.3. The defender Carvajal scored one goal, hit one key pass and won 6 of 7 duels.

That result followed a home victory 4-0 versus Osasuna in the La Liga.

The schedule is very tough for Madrid now as they have to travel again shortly after this match. A La Liga game at Barcelona is waiting in only four days.

Real Madrid has displayed an ability to score goals in away matches in the league this season, 11 goals from 6 games. It's not easy to score on Real Madrid as they have only conceded 5 goals from these away games.

The competition begins already in late June and lasts for almost a year, ending with the final played in late May or early June. After several qualifying rounds the group stage is where the “true” Champions League begins for many viewers.
