Liverpool form and stats

Nothing but glory last season for Liverpool, as they won the Champions League.

Rock solid. That's the only way to describe the travels of Liverpool so far, with 12-1-0 (wins-draws-losses) so far. Those are Premier League statistics. When we have look at the Champions League statistics, we find 4W-1D-1L. This is both home and away. Things are running smoothly for Liverpool who hasn't tasted defeat in their last 43 matches, regardless of venue and tournament. Their last defeat was against Manchester City. The away team travel with confidence. Not since the Manchester City game have they lost an away game, meaning Liverpool has taken points from 21 away matches in a row.

Did you know that the longest clean sheet streak is 1816 minutes? This record is held by Mazaropi when he played in Vasco da Gama. Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Ramses Becker is eager to challenge this, with his 309 minutes of keeping balls out from the net.

Liverpool play their second away game in a row, but can be confident going into this one after the 1-0 victory visiting Norwich City. Prior to that match, a home win 1-0 against Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup.

World class coaching! That was the thoughts of manager J. Klopp when Sadio Mané scored the winning goal after coming on as a substitute in the 60th minute.

With an average of more than two away goals per league game away, Liverpool are regular goalscorers on their travels. Liverpool's manager J. Klopp has created a great defensive setup working very nicely in away games with only 6 conceded goals. You can find more goal stats on the Statistics tab above.

Head 2 Head

H2H stats regardless of arena (last five matches): Atlético Madrid one win, three draws and Liverpool one victory. As for goals, one match ended with three or more goals (over 2,5), four games had two or less.
