Flamengo have not come this way in the Copa Do Brasil U20 without some hard work on the way, more precisely defeating Jacioba U20. Last season their Copa Do Brasil U20 adventure ended in the semi-finals.With a nice streak brewing from their home games, Flamengo are also looking for their fifth consecutive victory regardless of location. Hopes of three in a row are alive for Flamengo after consecutive victories at their own ground.

As mentioned above, Flamengo "killed" Boavista U20 in their previous game. They need to reset completely for this one and beware of complacency.

Goias's mission in Copa Do Brasil U20 last season failed in the 2nd round against Cruzeiro U20.This game can not go any worse than the last one, a Brasileiro U20 home defeat versus Flamengo RJ U20 with 2-3 on the scoreboard. It was a Brasileiro U20 defeat before that one as the away game against Atletico-PR U20 wasn't a success with a 0-5 loss.
